Cancellation and Refund Policy
PRIVATE SESSIONS
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required when booking a session. Deposits can be applied and sessions rescheduled with at least 48 hour notice; otherwise client/student forfeits the missed appointment.
INTUITIVE DEVELOPMENT CURRICULUM
By submitting your purchase, you authorize Intuitive Development to charge your credit card for the goods and/or services purchased under the terms outlined in this Payment and Refund Policy. Our payment processor stores your payment information and passes us an encrypted key to charge your stored payment method.
CANCELLATION
Cancel your subscription in the Student Support Center under My Account before the end of a subscription period, we will not refund any subscription fees already paid to us.

By paying for or accepting a session you agree that the messages you receive are not a substitute for advice, programs or treatment from a licensed medical, psychological, legal or financial professional. Lynn/Consultants and other representatives of Intuitive Development provide no guarantees or implied warranties, and are not responsible for any interpretations, decisions made or actions taken by clients/students.
Changes are made periodically to Intuitive Development LLC documents including general information and information on events and schedules, and these changes may or may not be reflected in the materials or information present on the IntuitiveDevelopment.org website. Additionally, because the website is frequently under development, materials and information may be deleted, modified, or moved to a different part of the website by us and without notice.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

COOKIES

Session id, Unique token, Sessional – Allows us to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
Site visit, No data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit – Used by our website internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.
Site Unique, No data held, Expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day – Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
Cart, Unique token, Persistent for 2 weeks – Stores information about the contents of your cart.
Secure Session ID, Unique Token, Sessional. Storefront, Unique Token, Indefinite If the shop has a password – This is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
AGE OF CONSENT
